 With most rivers and streams receding, Kootenai River at Bonners
 Ferry is forecast to follow suit shortly, falling below bankfull (57
 feet) to 56 feet around noon. Coeur d'Alene River at Cataldo is
 currently at 41.49 feet and is expected to reach bankfull (42 feet)
 by this afternoon, cresting at 42.15 feet this evening. It will fall
 below bankfull by tomorrow (Dec 20) morning.
