For the Llano River at Mason: * At 715 PM CST Thursday the observed stage was 5.5 feet. * Action Stage: 11.0 feet. * Flood Stage: 18.0 feet. * Forecast: The Llano River near Mason is expected to rise to a crest of near 15.5 feet by Friday afternoon.
