highs in the upper 30s. Temperature falling to around 17 this
afternoon. Northwest winds 25 to 35 mph. Gusts up to 50 mph this
afternoon. Chance of precipitation near 100 percent. 
.TONIGHT...Snow likely. Blowing snow. Visibility one quarter mile
or less at times. Additional snow accumulation of 1 to 3 inches.
