freezing rain likely. Areas of fog, freezing fog with patchy
blowing snow. Snow accumulation up to 1 inch. North winds 20 to
30 mph inland, except northeast 10 to 20 mph near the shore.

.TONIGHT...Snow. Blowing snow and heavy freezing spray. Snow may
be heavy at times. Visibility one quarter mile or less at times.
