cool with lows in the mid 30s. Temperature rising into the mid
40s after midnight. South winds 10 to 15 mph. Gusts up to 30 mph,
increasing to 40 mph after midnight. Chance of precipitation near
100 percent. 
.MONDAY...Mostly cloudy. Rain with a slight chance of snow
showers in the morning, then a chance of snow showers in the
afternoon. Patchy blowing snow in the afternoon. Snow
accumulation up to 1 inch. Blustery and not as cool with highs in
the mid 40s. Temperature falling into the mid 20s in the
afternoon. Southwest winds 15 to 25 mph. Gusts up to 45 mph,
increasing to 55 mph in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation
