.MONDAY...Partly sunny with rain in the morning, then mostly
cloudy with a slight chance of snow showers in the afternoon.
Little or no snow accumulation. Blustery and not as cool with
highs around 50. Temperature falling into the upper 20s in the
afternoon. Southwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.
