...FROST AND FREEZE PRODUCTS HAVE BEEN SUSPENDED FOR THE 
REMAINDER OF THE COOL SEASON ALONG THE FLORIDA PANHANDLE EMERALD 
COAST AND COASTAL FRANKLIN COUNTY...

December 16th saw the first widespread freeze for the Florida 
Panhandle Emerald Coastal Franklin County this season. Therefore, 
the issuance of Frost Advisories and Freeze products for 
temperatures of 26-32 degrees have been suspended for the 
remainder of the cool season except for those locations in 
addition to the remainder of the Tri-State Area where a widespread
freeze was observed last month. Light freezes will still be 
mentioned in various forms of media with frost highlighted in the 
official forecast when applicable.

Freeze Watches and Warnings will continue to be issued for Hard 
Freezes, or temperatures at or below 25 degrees, at any time and 
be specified in the "WHAT" section of the product.

However, we may choose to issue a Freeze Watch or Warning after 
an extended period of above normal temperatures without widespread
freezing temperatures.
