...NOAA WEATHER RADIO ROUTINE WEEKLY TEST CANCELLED...

Due to ongoing active weather and flood potential, the routine 
weekly test of NOAA Weather Radio stations in Hawaii will be 
cancelled this week. No test will be conducted since the active 
weather is expected to continue into Thursday as well. 

During potentially dangerous situations, specially built radio
receivers can be automatically activated to warn of the impending
hazard. The National Weather Service normally conducts a test of
the NOAA Weather Radio public warning system between 11 am and
noon each Wednesday.
