Breezy conditions continue through tonight and tomorrow with much 
colder air in place across the region. Near zero wind chill across 
the east TN mountains. Temperatures then moderate from Wednesday 
through Friday with highs back into the 50s. Friday is also when our 
next chance of rain arrives.
