SITUATION AT 1200UTC
Vigorous flow associated with low 954hPa near 63S097E Forecast 960hPa near
62S099E at 101800UTC, 966hPa near 62S101E at 110000UTC, 971hPa near 62S104E at
110600UTC and decaying thereafter.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 59S085E 55S090E 59S109E 62S109E 63S088E 59S085E.

FORECAST
Clockwise winds 30/40 knots within 540nm of low in the northern semicircle,
contracting to within 360nm of low in northern semicircle by 101800UTC, then
within 240nm of low in northern quarter by 110600UTC. Winds associated with low
easing below 34 knots by 111200UTC. Rough to very rough seas. Moderate to heavy
swell.
