Latitude Detection Sum: 12

Longitude Detection Sum: 21

Dvorak analysis: T2.5/2.5/D0.5/24HRS  STT:D0.5/06HRS

Position fair based on extrapolation and limited low level cloud lines. Dvorak
analysis based on a curved band pattern with 0.5 wrap yielding DT2.5. MET is
2.5 based on a 24 hour D- trend and no PAT adjustment. Final T and CI 2.5.

Earlier (21 UTC) ASCAT pass showed 30-32 knot wind max through eastern
quadrants. System is being influenced by moderate (20 knot) northwesterly shear
and drier air to the west. Objective aids at 0520 UTC (1 minute means): ADT 51
knots, AiDT 39 knots, DPRINT 34 knots, SATCON 38 knots.
