...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR NORTHEASTERN MONROE AND SOUTH
CENTRAL WAYNE COUNTIES WILL EXPIRE AT 430 PM EDT...

The storm which prompted the warning has moved out of the area.
Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire.  However, gusty 
winds to 40 mph and moderate rain showers will persist for 
another 30 minutes or so.
