In northeast New Mexico, southeastern Harding and east central San Miguel. * WHEN...Until 330 AM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1235 AM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Between 0.75 and 2 inches of rain have fallen a few miles east of Conchas. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.75 inches are expected over the area.
