* WHAT...Patchy visibility of one-quarter mile or less developing
  next hour in dense fog. 

* WHERE...Southwest Desert/Lower Gila River Valley. Surface
  observations show dense fog already in place along I-10 near 
  MP 7.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM MST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility.
